Incorporation Process

1. Name Reservation:

We will check the availability, reserve and approve your business name for you.

2. Preparation of Documents
  • Draft the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
  • Prepare the necessary forms and documents (e.g., Form 1, Form 18, Form 19).
3. Submission of Documents

Submit the required documents to the DRC, either online through the eROC portal or physically.

4. Payment of Fees

Pay the prescribed fees for incorporation.

5. Certificate of Incorporation

Upon successful verification, the DRC will issue a Certificate of Incorporation.
